Job Purpose
The Senior/Executive, Leasing Position involves building relationships with prospective and current tenants and developing leasing strategies to enhance the trade mix in our commercial properties which brings convenience for our commuters and the community. You will support, improve and recreate leasing through curating our various spaces and properties, including our MRT, LRT stations and bus interchanges. You will be supporting the team to establish networks with all tenants and agents to enhance the value of all our properties and administrative support.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies and trade mix plans for commercial activities in our MRT, LRT stations and bus interchanges.

• Ensure all available space is leased in an appropriate, timely and effective manner according to the tenancy mix for all new and renewal leases.

• Complete renewal of leases with tenants in timely manner.

• Source and seek out prospective tenants and generate new leasing leads.

• Establish and build networking channels with prospective, existing tenants and real estate marketing agents and maintain strong relationships with tenants and retailers.

• Enhance the value of our properties to generate new revenue streams.

• Liase and coordinate with tenants, lease management team, finance and PMO on processes.

• Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties and compliance to leasing policy is strictly adhered to at all times.

• Prepare weekly/monthly leasing reports and assist in leasing budgets.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in Business, Real Estate/Building or related qualifications

• Preferably 2-5 years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing and adminstratie duties. Fresh graduates with 0-2 years of exerpeicen may also be considered.

• Proven records in streamlining process and workflow in prior work experience will be an added advantage.

• Experience in handling land lease matters and prior knowledge in local planning regulations, land laws and Tenancy Agreement would be an advantage.
