Job Description
You will assist and support the activities of the Medication Safety Advisory Committee (MSAC) and the Office of Patient Safety and Quality. Your job duties include: * Analyse data and identify trends * Develop Medication Safety You will assist and support the activities of the Medication Safety Advisory Committee (MSAC) and the Office of Patient Safety and Quality. Your job duties include: Analyse data and identify trends Develop Medication Safety Reports and Indicators Investigate medication incidents and ensure follow-up actions by parties involved Review all medication incidents and ensure data are documented and categorised Assist to develop the hospital's medication safety programme in consultation with various stakeholders Provide secretariat support for workgroup and committees Job Requirements Degree in health science discipline, preferably with pharmacology modules 3 years of work experience in healthcare Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
