Senior/executive, Operations Analysis & Development

Job Description
Job Purpose
Reports to the Operations Analysis & Development Manager, the OA&D Senior/Executive plays a key role in supporting SMRT\'s Train service business. Incumbent will be overseeing and ensuring train service meets the required internal KPIs, government OPS requirements and other set standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit required reports in accordance to regulatory requirement, for benchmarking and Management update in a timely manner
- Perform analysis on historical data to improve operational performance
- Streamline current reporting process and implement change to achieve operational efficiency
- Participate in inter-department taskforce and projects related to scope of work
- Work with external parties, including regulatory bodies and external vendors, for collaboration and driving initiatives
- Other ad-hoc work assigned from time to time
- Degree of any discipline
- Background in analytics and statistics is preferred
- Proficient Microsoft office - Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong communication and writing skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
- Able to multi-tasks , manage expectations and timeline
- Able to think strategically and analyse systematically
- Meticulous, fast & independent learning attitude
- Able to handle stress with tight timeline
- Able to work as a team and perform as an individual
- Possess good interpersonal skills
