Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.You will be part of the Commercial Operations team and reporting to the Centre Manager.ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of Admin Assistant and TechniciansPlan and implement preventive maintenance works at buildings as assignedAttend site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance and renovation works at buildings as assignedHandover and takeover of premise, administer the Additions & Alterations (A&A) works and ensure work completion is in accordance with A&A Permits and relevant governmental requirements at buildings as assignedManage contractors\xe2\x80\x99 performance, raise work orders, certify work completion and handle contract administration workAssist to prepare annual budget, and ensure that expenses are within budgetMaintain building operation manuals and any records relating to the buildings as assignedManage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely mannerPart of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)Attend to tenants\xe2\x80\x99 requests, feedbacks and marketing request promptlyAssist the Centre Manager & Operations Manager in liaising with external parties on matters relating to the buildingRequirementsDegree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)/ Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate ManagementStrong building knowledge with preferably 2-3 years\' relevant building management experienceCertification in Fire Safety Manager, SCEM, SIC and/or ERT will be an added advantageExhibit strong initiative, leadership, and people management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentAble to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problemsWilling to work beyond standard operating hours, when requiredType of employment (Permanent / Contract) offered to successful candidates will be based on the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience and availability of such positionsBenefits
