Responsibilities

Responsible for the operations and general maintenance of the plant, machinery, and associated building facilities.
Attend to all facility works and M&E installations, as well as to coordinate with contractors on repair works.
Conduct space planning & layout for all production equipment and other processes.
Development of ‘In-house Guru’ technical skills and capabilities to establish an efficient, productive and cost-effective Facilities Operation’s Support and Plant Maintenance Program.
Supervise facilities contract workforce such as: waste disposal management, housekeeping cleaning services, and landscaping maintenance.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Technology or Building related discipline.
Preferably 5 years relevant working experience as M&E engineer in plant expansion project.
Preferably with AutoCad drafting skills.
Knowledgeable in RODI System & Waste Water Treatment Plant
Possess analytical, detailed-oriented with good inter-personal, communication and leadership skills.
