RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and drive processes to ensure compliance to Sarbanes Oxley requirements, US GAAP, IFRS and Companies Act.

Ensure robust processes and controls. Identify and implement process improvements for potential gaps and risks identified during audits or Sarbanes Oxley assessment.

Ensure internal controls and governance framework are embedded into daily operations.

Liaise with internal and external auditors.

Business Partnering with end users on capital expenditure. Manage fixed asset accounting and reporting.

Preparation of management reports for internal & external stakeholders.

Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing for the parent holding company.

Provide value added financial analysis.

Actively drive and participate in continuous improvements projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional Qualification (ACCA).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with understanding of SOX compliance.

Good accounting knowledge of tax including GAAP & IFRS requirements.

Experience in SAP and HFM is preferred.

Auditing experience with Big 4 is preferred.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving skills.

Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
