: * Attending to HR-related enquiries. * HR Administration (Onboarding / Offboarding, Employee P File, Letters issuing, insurance, training, government paid leave and NS claims) * Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA : Attending to HR-related enquiries. HR Administration (Onboarding / Offboarding, Employee P File, Letters issuing, insurance, training, government paid leave and NS claims) Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports System Management - manage employee date change in SF system. Internship program management. Support on payroll process (TMS administration). Work Pass Administration - work closely with third party vendor. Employee Welfare Management with third party vendors - birthday, rapid and spot award vouchers distribution Administer of PR and Vendor creation for HR teams. Provide ad hoc HR administrative support to the People Services Manager. Requirements Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role with an operational focus Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations.
