Responsibilities Partner assigned departments to provide HR advisory and support to address business needs and employee-related matters Actively engage employees for all HR matters throughout the employee life cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and off boarding Keeping abreast of changes in statutory HR regulations and ensuring compliance with such regulations Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business-related discipline with two to four years of experience in a junior HR Business Partner role Familiarity with Engineering or Technical industries will be an added advantage Meticulous and organized Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
