Job Summary:

• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Location: Changi South Street
• Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + AWS + VB

:

• Provide customer with timely, professional, efficient and effective technical expertise on system support, cloud

support, enterprise IT solutions (Virtualization, Server and SAN storage), system installation, configurations and
provide onsite technical support for designated clients and locations * Perform installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (Hardware and Software) including remotetroubleshooting * Support of replacement and upgrade for computer & server equipment

• Analyses software and hardware error logs, utilizes diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques and operating

system analysis to ensure timely and effective repair. * Analyses, diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs hardware, storage area network and systems configuration andcompatibility problems. * Others related dutiesRequirements:

• Candidate with minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma certification in Computer Science/Computer Information

Systems or equivalent. * At least 2-4 years working experience in a Technical Support role.

• Experience with server configuration will be a plus.
• Must be able to take 24x7 standby duty and work after office hours and weekends
