Our client, one of the leading healthcare providers in Singapore is looking to hire Senior/Junior Implementation Support Specialist to join the team. The Senior/Junior Implementation Support Specialist will be working directly with the business users to provide ground support pre and post go-live support, facilitate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training of end-users on the new EMR. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a critical resource to address any system downtime through providing 24/7 rostered application support to end users and will be required to manage on-call schedules and provide guidance to junior team members. • Provide clinical support for continuity of clinical systems such as Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+) and other clinical systems
• Gather feedback/requirements for clinical systems improvement
• Participate in clinical systems testing
• Facilitate with end \xe2\x80\x93 users training session
• Provide both onsite and offsite clinical support to the end-users pre and post implementation and during downtime
• Provide 24 x7 on-call application support to end users through rostering
• Training to junior team members
• Staff resource management

• Diploma or degree in a healthcare discipline (nursing, allied health, medicine) or other field
• Nursing or Healthcare Informatics Certification (Optional)
• Min. 1 year (Junior), 3 years (Senior) continuous clinical experience in any healthcare organization or customer service experience
• Clinical or Healthcare knowledge preferred
• Good analytical skills
• Basic use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience in healthcare IT systems, e.g. SAP, Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM)

• Office hours (pre-implementation) | Rotational shift (AM, PM, or Midnight) during go-live implementation phrase for 3 weeks
• Working location at Marine Parade/Novena/Orchard
• Training provided
