What the role is:

The incumbent\'s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

What you will be working on:

1. Lead Water Reclamation Plants (WRP) overall automation and digitalisation transformation efforts 2. Understand plant operations and manage CWRP plant process optimisation efforts 3. Identify gaps between automation and digitalisation transformation road map and current state of the art and address them 4. Manage Changi Water Reclamation Plant (CWRP) Smart Projects, including the following ongoing projects: a. Smart Locks (Vehicle and Infrastructure) b. Robotic Automated Polymer System c. High Flow Management System d. Sludge Disposal Management System e. Enhancements to CCTV analytics system 5. Manage available resources (e.g. budget, spares, contractors) to achieve objectives set in automation and digitalisation transformation roadmap 6. Manage procurement related to automation and digitalisation transformation activities to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations

What we are looking for:

1. Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience 2. Experience in process optimisation, plant automation and digitalisation transformation projects preferred 3. Able to communicate effectively with many stakeholders 4. Self-motivated and driven. 5.
