The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall Venture\'s technology landscape, including security, technology, data framework and architecture, supporting the development of capabilities and innovative solutions. This role requires a masterful leader who can manage enterprise and corporate venture building needs given the urgency to move with speed and the risk mitigation principles, rules and regulations to manage within the region and globally.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Oversee all IT matters related to the portfolio product development and technology approach with business units, technology partners and suppliers.

\xc2\xb7 Use an Agile, Lean start-up approach to rapidly run real-world experiments, ship MVPs, conduct pilots and trials.

\xc2\xb7 Develop a framework with individual ventures for scaling iteratively evolving MVPs to prove solutions are viable at scale, commercially, operationally and technically.

\xc2\xb7 Own the security controls and alignment with enterprise needs.

\xc2\xb7 Manage key vendor/partner technical development relationships with and through key business stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to relevant rules, regulations and accounting.

\xc2\xb7 Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Master\'s in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or the equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of experience in shipping digital products and services globally; previous experience in a start-up or innovation/venture building department/studio.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in gaming, edutainment, sustainability, tourism and/or conservation sectors.

\xc2\xb7 Expert knowledge and/or certification in technology concepts, methodologies and tools.

\xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of solution design and architecture from MVP to enterprise scale.

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with new technologies and cloud-based solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Able to lead development hands-on if needed.

\xc2\xb7 Service-minded with a can-do attitude, pragmatic yet convincing and able to navigate the organisation and build effective relationships at all levels.

\xc2\xb7 Highly resilient and agile.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work in a fast-paced ever changing environment and handle ambiguity with complex scenarios.
