Headquartered in Singapore, CapitaLand\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio focuses on real estate investment management and real estate development, and spans across more than 260 cities in over 40 countries.Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing (Catapult), this role will focus on developing and implementing the marketing campaign for Catapult, the Shared Executive Learning Centre, launched in July 2022 in Rochester Park. Singapore. The role will encompass both strategic work to provide clarity in our market positioning, branding and thought leadership, as well as hands on executional elements working with a mix of agency partners to deliver strong leads for the business. The KPIs for this role will be measured on quality leads generated which translate into $ revenue.As Catapult is now in its second year of operation, the marketing manager role will be focused on driving awareness and trial for both the Catapult campus spaces, as well as the curriculum programs, with a goal to generate strong leads which can be converted to paying clients. Experience around sales, driving conversion and working with marketing and sales funnels is required. On the operational side, responsibilities include organizing and running of events and learning showcases, management of the CRM, tracking and learning which are the most effective and efficient marketing tools to generate leads and convert clients.We are looking for an agile and enthusiastic individual who has strong digital marketing expertise, business development experience, is passionate about Learning & Development.Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Develop and execute marketing programs to help build awareness and lead generation of Catapult in its second year of operations. This includes B2B outreach via targeted marketing and media platforms with a strong focus on digital channels. Leverage the existing CapitaLand capabilities and assets (e.g. CL databases of corporates, and Business Park and Commercial community initiatives), working with Chambers of Commerce, Business schools and events companies for conferences. Ensure the marketing elements have strong consumer relevance and impact.
  • Execution: Work with agency partners (creative and media) to create content and assets for Catapult\xe2\x80\x99s ongoing marketing campaign. Ability to create some assets in house (curriculum flyers, Catapult presentations on powerpoint and google slides, developing social media infographics and short video content for social media). Answer and respond to enquiries from new potential clients. Work with our roster of Training Providers and other Catapult partners (Catapult tenants) to build a continuous stream of marketing news. Lead and manage end-to-end events, ranging from learning showcases, roundtables, talks and panel discussions.
  • Define marketing metrics, manage and oversee the CRM system, establish a continuous improvement process of gathering data, results, and insights; and recommend improvements to our plans.
  • Marketing budget tracking and administration to ensure financial policies and proper governance are upheld. Plan and execute the marketing campaign roadmap hence strong planning and project management skills required.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse range of internal and external corporate stakeholders.
  • Strong marketing capabilities, with focus on digital marketing and social media expertise. Strong presentation skills, ability to work with graphics, multi-media platforms.
  • Ability to be able to pitch and present to potential clients, understand clients pain points, read people well and adjust messages accordingly. Ability to nurture and follow up on leads until they become a paying client.
  • Agile team player, ability to learn quickly and with a curiosity and passion to get the job done
  • Strong organization and event/project management skills, attention to detail, and able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, solution orientated with a positive attitude, good initiative and sense of humour!
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A good degree with more than 10 years of brand or marketing experience
  • Experience working with creative services and agency partners required
  • Digital/social media marketing knowledge is essential, as well as marketing experience in the areas of PR, media and events.
  • Business development and/or sales experience to be able to land new clients.
  • Knowledge of the Learning & Development space would be a plus, or at minimum a passion and willingness to learn quickly.
