Singapore. The role will encompass both strategic work to provide clarity in our market positioning, branding and thought leadership, as well as hands on executional elements working with a mix of agency partners to deliver strong leads for the business. The KPIs for this role will be measured on quality leads generated which translate into $ revenue.As Catapult is now in its second year of operation, the marketing manager role will be focused on driving awareness and trial for both the Catapult campus spaces, as well as the curriculum programs, with a goal to generate strong leads which can be converted to paying clients. Experience around sales, driving conversion and working with marketing and sales funnels is required. On the operational side, responsibilities include organizing and running of events and learning showcases, management of the CRM, tracking and learning which are the most effective and efficient marketing tools to generate leads and convert clients.We are looking for an agile and enthusiastic individual who has strong digital marketing expertise, business development experience, is passionate about Learning & Development.Key duties & responsibilities:
