Our goal is to create self-serve solutions that empower customers and merchants to independently utilise our services, thereby facilitating their business growth with ease and efficiency, while driving scalable adoption and monetisation across Grab\'s platform, from OmniCommerce to GrabforBusiness solutions. We aim to create value for our users, drivers, merchants, and advertising partners while continuing to make everyday lives better across Southeast Asia.Get to Know the RoleAs part of the Regional Self-Serve Business\' Strategy & Planning team, you will drive various regional business development initiatives and develop project plans to promote and deliver self-serve marketing and services to Grab\'s ecosystem participants. You\'ll work cross-functionally to identify compelling B2B solutions for broad merchant adoption across marketing, finance, and B2B use cases.We\'re seeking a strategic candidate who can understand, design, and leverage key business drivers to fuel growth. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to construct a robust self-service ecosystem. The ideal candidate embraces challenges, and excels in problem-solving. They should be open to sharing solutions and fostering team performance.   • Liaise with business verticals entering the Self-Serve portfolio, align strategies, craft incorporation paths for new products, and strategise execution.
  • Ensures end-to-end oversight of performance, enabling timely identification and resolution of bottlenecks or challenges, ensuring efficient workflow, and achieving our crucial portfolio growth milestones.
  • Lead and manage individual strategists, fostering their professional growth and success.
  • Define and utilise growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This includes experimenting with marketing channels and product development to identify the most effective, efficient ways to grow the business.
  • Supports an enhanced self-serve experience, and refines processes and policies, providing a comprehensive overview of each product vertical.
  • Develop and continuously optimise monetisation strategies for expanding products with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration for strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Manage project plans, including workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyse and address business challenges through data analysis.
  • Coordinate communications for alignment and collaboration.
  • Support regular business reporting and updates.
  • Ensure alignment across the organisation.
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
  • 8+ years of experience in the digital advertising and marketplace business (business strategy and development or growth marketing).
  • Proven experience in building and leading teams.
  • Solid understanding and experience in self-serve businesses, such as the digital Ads Ecosystem. Prior experience in Omnicommerce would be advantageous.
  • Track record in scaling nascent businesses.
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional projects, including planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimisation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
