You will be responsible for strategic planning and driving the development of the new population health strategy under the SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS). You will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and community partners to identify health and social care integration needs, as well as conceptualise, develop and implement new initiatives to deliver seamless, integrated, innovative and cost effective care to our population. You will serve as project facilitator, engage all stakeholders and manage both the projects and the resources required to achieve desired project outcomes. You will cultivate and maintain a strong network with key community healthcare services and partners. You will identify and develop appropriate partnerships with industry partners in support of the development of new population health initiatives and established programmes undertaken by SingHealth. You will provide administrative support, manage the annual work plan exercise and organise retreats and events. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years' relevant experience in healthcare Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financials would be an added advantage Excellent project management skills with experience in managing and supervising administrative projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to get buy-in from stakeholders Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Systematic and meticulous Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
