Job Description

Our client is a Global Financial Institution and are seeking a resourceful and detailed oriented professional to join the technology team.

Responsibilities:

This role is at the intersection of technology management, business transformation, and enterprise-level governance, gaining broad and valuable exposure across the organization.

Strategy Execution & Transformation Support

Coordinate the tracking and reporting of technology transformation initiatives and strategic projects. Support the development of dashboards, management reports, and progress updates for leadership and governance forums. Help drive consistency and alignment across workstreams, ensuring delivery milestones and key dependencies are managed

Communications & Presentation Development

Prepare high-quality presentation materials, briefing packs, and narratives for use by the CIO and Technology Leadership Team. Draft clear, structured content for internal communication channels such as sector updates, leadership messages, and townhall materials. Ensure communications are tailored to the intended audience and aligned with the sector's tone and messaging.

Technology Management Support

Assist in organising and coordinating leadership team meetings, workshops and planning forums. Support the team on sector initiatives related to budgeting, vendor engagement, workforce planning, and governance. Help document and follow through on action items, decisions, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field with 5 to10 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, division office, management consulting, or technology management roles. Experience in a financial institution or technology division is an advantage. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills.
