To perform administrative duties and provide customer service to our patients.
Responsible for registration and billing, payment/deposit collection, appointment scheduling as well as providing financial advice to patients.
Responsible for assigning beds and scheduling follow-up appointments for patients. You are required to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotation basis.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O level, Higher NITEC or Diploma qualification
Hospitality/frontline customer service experience will be an advantage
A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
Required to work staggered hours (Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm or 10am to 7pm)
Able to work on weekends/PH
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must be fully vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccinations
