Enuit seeks to hire a Senior/Principal Technical Consultant . As a Senior/Principal Technical Consultant, you will participate as a team member or as an individual consultant on a software product implementation with our customers throughout the globe.

Description of the Opportunity:

• Manage and take lead in initial product implementation, continuous function/feature enhancement, and additional integration with upstream/downstream systems by providing installing, configuring, scripting, testing, and troubleshooting service either onsite or remotely.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales demo/presentation activities to prospects.
• Collaborate with business analysts to design business processes that match client requirements and that are easily configured in Entrade, communicate objectives, and deliver the solution in an efficient manner to the client.
• Provide clients with full range of technical support services for troubleshooting technical & performance issues.
• Communicate with client to understand desired results and assist in the design and testing of user acceptance test cases to validate project delivery.
• Provide technical and/or functional documentation for product, functions, features, workarounds, and fixes.
• Work with end-users, project team members, or support staff to resolve issues and perform troubleshooting in an efficient and effective manner.
• Ensure clear communication to management, development, technical and support resources, and with project management to assist in managing deliverables and expectations.
• Provide technical training to internal and external new project team members, end-users, as well as support staff.
• Understanding and analyzing requirements, write clean and highly scalable formula-based and/or SQL scripts.
• Analyze, review, revise, update, refactor and debug code when the situation requires.
• Provide technical and/or functional documentation for product, functions, features, workarounds, and fixes.

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or other related fields
• Minimum five years’ experience in Software Design and Development and/or deployment
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
• Proficiency in any object-oriented programming language
• Advanced networking, distributed networks knowledge
• Proficiency in Windows Operating system, and security architecture: server monitoring/tuning
• Experience with industry standard performance monitoring tools and ability to do application and database performance tuning
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure and AWS)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train others
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in SQL Server and C# is an added advantage
• ETRM / CTRM / commodity industry knowledge is an added advantage
