Responsibilities:

• Executing all design elements according to the Design Checklist.
• Generating PFDs, P&IDs, specifications, data sheets, and functional descriptions.
• Performing pressure loss calculations, equipment sizing, heat and mass balances, and utility assessments.
• Conducting process capacity calculations based on the customer\'s URS.
• Participating in design reviews with both the customer and internal team.
• Developing tender specifications and evaluating bids.
• Establishing and agreeing upon system Sequences of Operation, and verifying the Controls Engineering design\'s conformity with requirements.
• Reviewing technical submittals for compliance with specifications and client requirements.
• Approving Test Packs at each stage of construction until completion.
• Shortlisting and selecting appropriate sub-contractors, assessing their tender offers, and checking the Schedule of Unit Rates and Summary of Tender.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant technical discipline
• 2 - 7 years of relevant experience (EPC), in construction/design of process/ clean utility systems.
• Experience in Lifescience Project (EPC) - Pharmaceutical, Nutritional, Biopharmaceutical and Medical devices.
