Oversee projects from beginning to completion Plan the project from design conceptualization, budgeting, pitching, securing the project & execution (includes installation and dismantling) Liaise and maintain good communications & relationships with the clients Be pro-active, coordinate with in-house departments/external vendors Take ownership in problems solving in a timely manner Complete all documentation required including invoicing and arrears management Lead, oversee & motivate team members to complete projects within stipulated time frame Eye for details is a must Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
