[What the role is]

As a member of the Enterprise Services (ES) team within the Archives and Enterprises Services (AES) Division, the jobholder will plan and manage the development and maintenance of applications for NLB\xe2\x80\x99s operations. He/she will work with stakeholders on project requirements and timelines, manage procurement process, vendors and contracts to ensure NLB\xe2\x80\x99s enterprise systems are robust, reliable and responsive, thereby contributing to NLB\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Transformation [What you will be working on]

• Responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of new and existing enterprise level information systems.
• Conceptualize, innovate, and perform feasibility study of new or improved products and services based on user requirements.
• Oversee the design, development and implementation of web applications, technology services and integration of application systems across different technology platforms.
• Work closely with internal users on leveraging IT to effectively support their business needs and services as well as to improve current work operations and innovation of new services.
• Prepare proposal and storyboarding of IT solutions to get buy-in from users and managements.
• Responsible for end-to-end procurement of IT services, ensuring objectivity, transparency, and best value for NLB\xe2\x80\x99s operations.
• Manage the vendors and contracts to ensure that the performance of vendors and deliverables are in accordance with the tender and service level agreements.

[What we are looking for]

• Relevant field of study in Computing, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in IT environment.
• Possess experience in IT application development & maintenance, and experience in managing the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Possess experience in Enterprise Services which include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Experience in agile development process and user experience design is desired.
• Good working knowledge of IT Security policies, Quality Management Systems and ISO 9000 standards
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage relevant stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Government Procurement Process and contract management.

The location of the role is ESR BizPark @ Chai Chee. Successful candidates will be appointed on a 2-year contract in the first instance.
