Location: East/Downtown (Near MRT Station)

Position: Senior/Sales Manager (Job ID: 18672)

Our client, a Japanese distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is able to people manage and grow the India team. This role is both a player and a managerial role, where you were hold your own portfolio of clients and mentor the employees in India to expand the business there.

:

• To manage India Team
• Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities through building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
• Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
• Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
• Lead team especially India team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
• Manage product inventory
• Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions

Job Requirements:

• At least min 3 years sales experience in Semiconductors, Trading or Distributors.
• Knowledge and experience with the India market would be highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge and attitude to handle India Team, India Customers/Suppliers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, humble, cheerful, aggressive and good working attitude.
• Willing to travel overseas frequently to meet customers or suppliers.
