What the role is:Senior/Technical Executive (Acad) /School of Engineering (Integrative Built Environment Centre)What you will be working on:

• Plan and manage the Centre/laboratory is ready for teaching and learning activities.
• Propose and monitor budget for laboratory materials/ components/ tools/ equipment/ consumables.
• Source, purchase and replenish a sufficient level of materials/ components/ tools/equipment/ consumables.
• Perform housekeeping and periodic maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Update equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and other documentation as necessary.
• Manage assets and keep an inventory of assets and materials in the Centre/ laboratory.
• To ensure Total Workplace Health and Safety in the workplace. Responsibilities will include ensuring and conducting Risk Assessment and ensuring compliance of license for hardware and software used in the Centre/laboratory premises.
• Prepare detailed reports on technical issues, maintenance work performed, and any incidents or accidents.
• Work with the subject team in ensuring the requirements for the Centre\'s/laboratory\'s lessons are set up.
• Co-teaching in Academic course delivery in PET and CET programmes, internship and project supervision, and competition coaching as assigned.
• Support evening CET lessons whenever necessary.
• Support teaching staff and students during the conduct of Centre/laboratory sessions
• Responsibilities include assisting in troubleshooting and issuing equipment and toolkits during lessons.
• Supervise student projects and support student engagement activities.
• To undertake additional duties as assigned and contribute to TP-wide/School events.

What we are looking for:

• Qualification in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related fields.
• At least one year of relevant experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge in Electronics, Electrical systems, ACMV, BMS, Lift and Escalator will be an advantage.
• Ability to work well together in a team-oriented environment.
• Candidate must demonstrate maturity and willingness to support school operations, even on off-office hours, as needed.
• Successful candidates must be willing to support evening CET lessons or After-office-hours support, as necessary.
