Job Description

Responsibilities

• Formulate FM schedule for soft services scope and conduct routine inspection
• Responsible for the execution of cleaning/ pest control/ waste management including it\'s vendor.
• Indoor plant maintenance & it\'s vendor
• External landscape maintenance & it\'s vendor
• Manage the supply and maintenance of flowers by monitoring and tracking it\'s vendor performance
• Monthly submission of report
• Liaising with relevant as and when required
• Any other relevant task that the Manager may require further assistance.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in facilities, property, building and/or real estate management.
• Have relevant working experience in Facilities Management managing Soft Services vendor
• Minimum 3 years of experience for Diploma Holders and Minimum 2 years of experience for Degree Holders.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Service oriented, hands-on, able to work independently, resourceful, adaptable and possess supervisory skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, pro-active and self-driven
