Work Experience
1 - to 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing is an advantage
Skill, Qualifications, and other requirementsMust have demonstrable SEO tools, knowledge plus competence, and experience. Knowledgeable in content architecture, on-page, and off-page SEO
Well-versed in current SEO as part of the digital marketing mix
Must be updated with industry trends about social, mobile, CRMs for lead generation, etc.
Experience with content marketing, copywriting, and copy-editing in English
Link-building (internal and external)/inbound marketing experience is highly preferable
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Google Keyword Planner is preferred
Experience with several search engines such as Google and Bing is required
Familiarity with web analytics and Google Analytics
Knowledge of HTML and CSS, and content management portals such as Umbraco
Optimize/manage SEO projects for the company websites and all related landing pages.
Continuously monitor search terms, rankings, and analytics to understand performance and rectify errors.
Collaborate content strategy and optimization with communications specialists, web developers, and other internal or external stakeholders.
Ensure SEO tactics are applied in developing content hubs, thought leadership, or early-stage content.
Suggest improvements for processes and features that affect SEO.
Identify, analyze and highlight any technical errors that might prevent pages from being indexed or crawled correctly by search engines.
Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape and implement best practices
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly SEO KPIs while increasing conversions.
Implement a special SEO strategy for key service lines prioritized by the company. Regularly perform keyword research & ranking reportingKPI
Optimization - SEO optimizes all content placed in key digital channels specifically the Company's website. - Present quarterly improvements in SEO performance of all digital portals and related landing pages - Develop a plan/strategy and collaborate with the internal team to improve quarterly site rankings & lead generation.
SEO Management - Identity, analyze and correct errors found on a weekly basis. - Conduct keyword research and execute best practices in content produced monthly - Produce reports on site performance and organic searches for leads generation on a monthly and quarterly basis.
