Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).The opportunity:Sephora Internship \xe2\x80\x93 Human Resources \xe2\x80\x93 Regional Learning & Development(January to June 2025)You will shine here if you enjoy\xe2\x80\xa6

• Playing an active role in supporting training initiatives, including material preparation, equipment and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our regional learning & development programs for employees across SEA Oceania
• Assist with training program event logistics & program communications
• Managing and updating the Learning Management Systems (LMS) & internal platforms
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program and providing feedback to necessary stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel. Canva proficiency will be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
• Interest in learning and development and training programs
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time as well as projects efficiently
