Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).The opportunity:Sephora Internship - Regional Marketing Projects (January to June 2025) -x4 spots availableThe Sephora Regional Marketing Team sits in our regional headquarter here in Singapore and is responsible for the ideation of regional strategies & initiatives for exciting campaigns across the region.Some examples of projects the Intern(s) will be exposed to (each of the 4 interns will be tasked to take on 1 out of the 4 different project domains as follows);

• House of Sephora & Press Event Creative Ideation, content planning & copywriting
• Campaigns to elevate our CRM program & membership program - to elevate consumer loyalty in Sephora as a brand
• Gift with Purchase Project - to increase the desirability of our Sephora Gift with Purchase opportunities especially for exciting category segments
• Sephora Birthday Benefits - enhance the perks of Sephora Beauty Pass to make it an even more rewarding program for our consumers

• The opportunity to take the lead from research, analysis, to ideation & pitching of exciting marketing campaigns that will impact the business and bring delight to our customers across the region
• Working with a team of passionate marketeers & mentors to bring these projects to life
• Leveraging customer insights to further develop and execute a targeted communication strategy
• Creating and delivering insights reports and presentations that communicate marketing performance, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders
