Sephora SEA's omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

Updating and tidying visual merchandising and animation guidelines for both Franchise markets Assisting the team with establishing proper workflows and processes for both permanent and temporary animations between the Regional, Franchise and Local Teams for timely updates Working with the teams in the planning for store refreshes, with the key focus on Top 5 doors before the Local Team roll-out to the rest of the markets Building and maintaining monthly animation calendar with the relevant teams
