Updating and tidying visual merchandising and animation guidelines for both Franchise markets
Assisting the team with establishing proper workflows and processes for both permanent and temporary animations between the Regional, Franchise and Local Teams for timely updates
Working with the teams in the planning for store refreshes, with the key focus on Top 5 doors before the Local Team roll-out to the rest of the markets
Building and maintaining monthly animation calendar with the relevant teams
