Job Description

We are an ambitious and unique Japanese Bar and Restaurant Group with a solid following in the bustling downtown. Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest warmly and anticipate their needs and wants throughout their meal
• Allocated seats based on the table management system; present the menus, recommend special items and upsell
• Take and repeat orders and promptly key orders to the POS
• Clear & set the tables accordingly
• Serve correct food & beverages according to guests\xe2\x80\x99 orders
• Check on guests\' satisfaction and attend to guests\' needs promptly, with proper follow-up with Duty Manager
• Process payments and bid each guest a warm and fond farewell
• Ensure the workstation maintains a high standard of cleanliness
• Strictly adhere to F&B hygiene policies and procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor/management

Requirements

• Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays (5.5 days / 44 hours per week)
• 1-2 years of hospitality-related experience (Candidates with no experience but have a passion for the F&B industry, are also welcome to apply)
• Proficient in English
• Self-driven with a positive and right attitude to learn
• Highly motivated, excellent customer service and able to work independently and a good team player at the same time
