Manage service schedules and appointments
Maintain service records and documentation for report preparation
Assist in the preparation of project documents i.e. MOS & RA
Coordinate between various departments i.e. warehouse, to request components and materials in the SAP system
Assist in processing and submission of workers' staff claims
Act as back-ups to handle inquiries and complaints from clients and coordinate service requests and ensure follow-ups
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Job Specifications
Minimum a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and systems (Monday.com, SAP)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Self-driven & positive attitude.
Attention to detail and good at follow-ups.
* Able to read SLD, usage of AutoCAD is a plus point.
