We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Service Administrator
to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will support our service operations by coordinating maintenance jobs, managing documentation, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate service schedules, including pickup and delivery arrangements, with the delivery driver.
Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, and invoices promptly and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date service records, reports, and filing systems.
Communicate with clients, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely follow-up and successful job completion.
Track and manage service contracts, warranty periods, and renewal timelines.
Provide administrative and documentation support to the Service and Sales teams.
Requirements:
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
* Able to work independently
