Service Advisor (BYD/Denza)

Basic Salary Range :

$2500 to $3800 (depending on qualifications and relevant working experience)

Attend to customer's vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical solution and quotation for consideration and acceptance. Manage customer's expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer's demand Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customer Able to spot trend of unusual performance of vehicles. Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted Test drive with customer if necessary Perform other related tasks as assigned by Service Manager or After Sales Manager

Requirement:

Report to Service Manager/ After Sales Manager in After Sales Department Must have passion to meet people and customer service oriented. Min Nitec in Automotive Engineering or any Technical Diploma Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferably Class 3) Able to work with minimum supervision. 3-5 yrs automotive experience. Without work experience will be appointed as Technician to gain exposure & training Computer Literate
