:Responsibilities:Customer Servicexc2xb7 Listen to and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.xc2xb7 Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.xc2xb7 Offer advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties.Service Consultation and coordinationxc2xb7 Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.xc2xb7 Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.xc2xb7 Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.xc2xb7 Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction.Administrationxc2xb7 Prepare and present accurate cost estimates for labor, parts, and additional services.xc2xb7 Process service orders, invoices, and payments.xc2xb7 Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.Qualifications:xc2xb7 Experience in a Dealership setting will be an advantagexc2xb7 Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer servicexc2xb7 Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenancexc2xb7 Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesxc2xb7 Possess class 3 driving license would be a plus but not compulsory5.5 daysMon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pmSat 8.30am - 12.30pm
