Our hiring client is one of the local financial institutions based in Singapore, and has major market presense in the region. Cultivar Staffing & Search is supporting its promotional event and is requiring 10x Service Ambassador to run its promotional event in various branches across the country.
Candidates who are looking for temporary assignments are welcome to apply. Training will be provided, and cash incentive on top of regular salary will be paid for successful candidate. Candidate should have prior experience in Customer Service-related jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic customer service within branch banking environment
- Work with bank staff to provide customers with various incentives
- Administer bank's internal survey among customers within the branch
- Attend to first-level queries or direct customers to bank staff for further assistance
- No minimum qualification required
- Students on mid-term break or others in between jobs may apply
- Need to commit for at least 3 weeks
- Various locations - Jurong, Hougang, Raffles Place, and Marine Parade (10 other locations available, please apply for more details)
- Singaporeans only
