& Requirements

Service Ambassador:

Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs of patients.
Attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
Take the patients\' meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS) and assist the patients with self-ordering of meals.
Attend to patients\' requests for F&B related and other service requests.
Ensure accuracy of every patient\'s meal orders, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies
Attend to wards and patient\'s food related issues, complaints and feedbacks.
Obtain and solicit patients\' feedbacks on food and services.
Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices
Maintain good working relationships with patients and colleagues.
To provide a high level of service to patients and visitors from answering inquiries and meeting their requests.
Provide high standard of customer service.

Requirements:

Salary Range

$1,800 - $2,200
