Our Client is Japanese Logistic company. Now they are looking for Service Engineer to join their team. The incumbent's main responsibility is to support the reporting of the Manager to plan and develop specific Dealer Support and Development Program to ensure Dealer service quality meets company standards to support business operations and new product launches.
【What will you be working on】
Support the reporting Manager to manage the dealer support and development activities such as planning & set up yearly development/enhancement programs for specific dealers
Plan & execute training on new products for dealers
Prepare and review training materials
Plan and organize regional training for dealers based on training needs.
Support the reporting Manager to manage and oversee the services;
Collaborate with other teams such as Parts Sales & Machine Sale to provide technical support and conduct field visits for troubleshooting and resolving issues
Gather feedback from both internal & external sources for product improvement;
Manage Dealer portal to provide timely and accurate service information as Product Support Bulletin to share with dealers
Requirement
【What they are looking for】
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical
Inexperience candidates are welcome!
Candidates with similar experience are encouraged to apply as well
Working experience in the forklift industry or heavy machinery is advantageous
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel occasionally
Working Hour
9:00 ~ 17:45
