Job Description
Our client is a Singapore based company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Service and Technical Engineer to join their Service Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Duties of Service and Technical Engineer:
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, and repair of specialized laboratory, research, and analytical equipment.
- Offer technical consultation to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate and detailed service reports to document work performed.
- Minimum NITEC in relevant field
- Service and Maintenance experience is an added advantage
- No experience needed and training will be provided
