Job Description

The Gaming Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the players regarding the bingo machines and their other concerns.The Gaming Assistant has the following specific duties and responsibilities: Assists players regarding e-bingo machine use, concern, and other inquiries. Entertains walk-ins and potential players/s that are possibly interested in playing e-bingo. Acquires pertinent information about player profiles (name, contact #, &, etc.). Be updated with games (product knowledge) that are available on the gaming site. Provides the highest standard of customer service. Be responsible for the partial and final collection in the machines and turn over properly the collected cash to the cashier on duty. Ensures the cleanliness of the gaming area and comfort room in coordination with utility personnel Keeps daily gaming activity report (logbook). Conducts inventory of beverages by keeping a tracking record on a shifting, daily and monthly basis (log sheet). Reports untoward incidents to immediate superior / gaming manager constantly. Conducts leafleting within the nearby area if necessary, or if assigned by immediate superior.QUALIFICATIONS: At least College Level At least 1-year work experience in customer service and other entertainment industryJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
