Daily fixing of loan rates with customers in the Wholesale Corporate Marketing Department
Attending to customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries and requests for all loan drawdown, rollovers, FD placements, funds transfer, foreign exchange transactions and other operational transactions
Ensure strong and optimal customer service support and seamless customer rapport. Acts as liaison with various internal operational departments in resolution of customer related issues
Maintain customer information and preparing monthly team reports and loan utilization report
Creation/ update of customers information into the system to meet regulatory requirements
Maintain the Customer to Customer information in the system
Handle opening of accounts
Other operational duties, including documentation and administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Basic working knowledge of customer onboarding including AML/KYC preferred
Independent and ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with people at various levels
Meticulous, discreet and possess good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
