Job Description

Who are you at FPR: The Service Attendant is the first point of contact for the guests when entering our restaurant. They are assisting customers assemble their order of a grain bowl as well as billing them out. She/He will also assist in the upkeep of the restaurant i.e. keeping the tables tidy and sanitized and clearing the trolley. In other cases, the Service Attendant will also assist customers with any queries they may have.

• Welcoming and greeting patrons as soon as they enter the restaurant
• Thanking and greeting guests with genuine appreciation before they leave.
• Anticipating and addressing the guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs and ensuring all information provided to the guest is current and accurate.
• Solving any guest complaints and issues that may arise. SERVICE/LINE ACTIVITIES
• Completing opening and closing duties ( switching on/off the music, lights, AC, checking the line for set up, mise en place, top up of sauces, etc)
• Assembling the grain bowls for our guests and assisting in event orders and delivery orders.
• Inspecting side stations to make sure it\'s equipped for service to start ( bowls, takeaway containers, extra dressing, trays, the fruit of the day, cookie jar, cutlery, napkins, takeaway bags, etc)
• Food Panda, Grab, 1x NETS, 1x POS, and duty phone have been charged and set up for service.
• Assist in billing the guest out and ensuring the discounts have been utilized correctly (if any)
• MANAGING ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS
• Updating the outlet manager for stocks that are running low
• Working closely with the restaurant manager to ensure timely updates of daily/weekly and monthly reports and inventory
• Requesting work orders for maintenance repairs. Doing weekly site checks and reviews
• Filed records of petty cash spending and submitted a monthly report to the GM
• Following all company safety and security policies and procedures at all times
