• Keeping an eye on the dining area\'s everyday activities and make sure all service personnel are in sync.
• Meet and greet customers, attend to their needs, and handle any issues with the service.
• Make certain that all food and drink is provided to the greatest possible quality.
• Encourage a team-oriented atmosphere by mentoring and training new members of the service crew.
• Work along with the the kitchen team to guarantee a precise and timely order.
• Keep an eye on and control inventory levels.
• Help in keeping track of sales, costs, and service quality records
