Through both food and art, Roy\xe2\x80\x99s first restaurant in Singapore, is a reflection of his roots and culinary journey that has taken him across the seas from India to Japan.

Take guest orders and serve food and beverage to guests according to SOPs
Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
Maintain high standard of personal grooming and hygiene at all times
Perform basic cashiering duties as required
Assist the supervisor to ensure careful management of stocks and inventory as per allocated duties
Ensure general upkeep of the restaurant and report to superiors as required for follow up
Carry out opening duties for the service preparation and closing duties as required and assigned
Ensure all table set up and service is carried out as per the operating procedures
Ensure timeliness and punctuality in all tasks
Ensure that food and beverage orders and other guest requests are promptly executed in line with the operating standards
To build excellent rapport with the guests
Be able to recognise our regular patrons and their needs and preferences
