Join our client, a reputable Authorised Distributor and Service Centre in Singapore. They are seeking a dedicated professional to join their team as a Service Consultant (Continental Cars) and deliver exceptional customer service, elevating the overall automotive experience.

- Working Hours / Days: 8.00am - 6.30pm (Mon - Fri) / 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alt Sat Off)
- Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
- Act as a key communication link between customers and workshop to assure responsiveness
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
- Minimum NTC2 in MVM/Automotive Technology
- Good knowledge of car components
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
