To assist in liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors.
Responsible in planning maintenance schedule and monitor the schedule to ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency and quality.
General administrative works.
Preparation of maintenance schedule after the project handover form signed off by client and received from respective project engineers within two weeks\xe2\x80\x99 time.
Prepare quotation and costing for minor works, Adhoc works & maintenance.
Assist in building Permit-To-Work submission & worker security clearance for all the maintenance works and minor works.
Responsible in maintain stock record.
All other Adhoc works as instructed by the Superior.

Requirements:
ITE / Diploma
3-4 years of related experience
Proficient in MS Office and Excel
Good Verbal and written communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
Ability to work independently and as a team
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
