Job Duties:
- Attending to incoming calls.
- Planning and scheduling of outdoor service jobs for service technicians all over Singapore.
- Attending to customers on service jobs and complaints.
- Scheduling of daily delivery of goods to customers.
- Preparing sales/service quotations.
- Monitoring of customers\' outstanding orders.
- Data entry for service job done.
- Filing, posting of invoices to customers.
- Others as and when assigned.
- With relevant working experience.
- Preferably with basic electrical/electronics background.
