Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Service Coordinator
to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and service job scheduling
Monitoring service progress
Communicating with service technician
Liaising with customer and provide good customer service and attend to their enquiries
Provide support to the Service/After Sales Department
Involve with ERP pertaining to Service Department issue
Monitoring attendance records of service technician
Requirements
Diploma or Technical Education
Excellent time-management with consistent follow-up skills
Good communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with contacts
Basic spare parts knowledge preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferable with ERP experience
Engineering-base education/training (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is an advantage.
Having the ambition, and dedicated attitude to be in the profession
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
