What you'll do
This role is to coordinate, plan and ensure all service jobs in the designated APAC locations run smoothly, whilst using our resources efficiently.
The day-to-day
GeneralIdentify, assess and prioritize service jobs in APAC locations.
Manage allocation of engineer resources
Report status of completed and planned repairs
Ensure safety and quality control of work performed
Report/advance any issues to line manager
Service JobsProcess service jobs handed over to the team.
Obtain PO for the job where applicable.
Arrange for spare parts to be send to the vessel where applicable.
Dispatch engineer when needed. Ensure that the job scope is clearly conveyed to the engineer.
Manage travel arrangements where applicable.
Check that documentation is updated by engineers after services are completed.
Ensure that all documentation is captured in a timely manner and billable items processed.
Arrange follow up service if required.
Record complete and accurate information on service job status, including updating of SharePoint, Service Now, SAP, service calendar, and any other relevant information management system.
What you'll need
Technical qualification at Diploma level or Bachelor level
Lack of education can be replaced by proven experience
3-5 years' meaningful experience within technical resource coordination

Flexibility with regards to completing jobs in an hectic and demanding environment
Ability to work systematically and structured
Self starter with keen interest to learn about the products we deliver and processes we adopt
