Job Summary:
- Salary: UP$3500
- Working hours: 9AM - 6PM
- Working Location: Loyang Way
- Easy Commissions
- Attend to customer's enquiries/complaints through phone/email and ensure necessary actions are taken and follow through.
- Prepare quotation for VDR/Radio survey, ECDIS training, CBT license keys and spare parts requirements to local/overseas customers.
- Process Job Order Process (JOP), Purchase/Material Requisition (MR), Customer Order Process (COP) for approval.
- Prepare and draw out materials/parts for radio surveyor.
- Coordinate, liaise and schedule with ship's agent/customer for attending VDR/Radio surveyor and ECDIS instructor.
- Collate and submit documents to Finance and Account Department for invoicing.
- Perform the role of Internal Auditor and First Aider in the Emergency Response Team.
- Support team of surveyors for delivery of parts when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager and VDR/Radio Surveyor.
