: Engage in meaningful conversations with customers on concept, products and tea knowledge. Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
Beverage Preparation
: Prepare, plate and serve food and drinks, following recipes and quality standards.
Opening & closing of outlets
Inventory:
receiving and checking of inventory and perishables.
Cleanliness & Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized work station, including prepping ingredients, sanitize surfaces, and keep the cafe area tidy.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
Experience in a cafe or F&B.
Passion for matcha, tea, and customer service.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

5 day work week, no split shifts
